NEEDED:
Capable person who can host the program
Marketing manager to promote the show
Ad sales person to sell advertising for the show
A few producers to help me with production of the program
EXPERIENCE:
HIMN prefers to have someone with experience for any of the positions needed.
HOST INFO:
Auditions are currently being taken for this position and will last until March 23. Production starts in late April, so we would like to have our decision made by mid-April at the latest. Auditions can be sent via our Contact Us page. (Make sure it's in a link, because it goes straight to the station email.)
OTHER POSITIONS:
We need our producers ASAP, as they are a vital part of our host search. There will be one additional executive producer (Jake Leonard is an executive producer of this program) and two associate producers that can help with production. Must be willing to take time to help with show prep, as this will be a three-hour program.
We mentioned before that we prefer that our marketing manager is experienced. It would be entirely difficult if we had an inexperienced person promoting the program to stations, as well as their lack of online marketing and website design experience. Our marketing manager will be in charge of getting the website designed for the program, as well as duties regarding promotion of the show to radio stations, commercial AM/FM and Internet alike.
If we want this program to make money, we need to sell advertising during the show's commercial breaks, as we do need to fill something in, beyond show prep notes and the music that's airing. Since we intend to pay our staff for their work, we really need an experienced advertising sales representative to get work done and gain sponsorships.
DEADLINE: February 27 for all positions, except host positions. Hosts have until March 23.
